Goon mad

My flatmate's just given me a 5 minute rant on Arsenal FC disertion of ordinary fans, centered mainly around his inability to buy tickets for Dennis Bergkamp's testimonial.
The fact is that tickets simply aren't available unless you're a season ticket holder, or the higher grade of member - neither of which can be achieved with just doesh, there's a substantial waiting list for both.
I finally managed to end this rant by pointing out that he does have the home address of the manager, maybe it'd be better to take things up with the source?
